About Technology Consultancy Centre (TCC)

For over half a century, the Technology Consultancy Centre (TCC) of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) has been a beacon of engineering research, advanced manufacturing, technology transfer, and technology entrepreneurship skill training across Africa. Established in 1972, TCC has consistently upheld its core mandates and seamlessly integrating business process innovation for sustainable operation.

The Centre's unwavering commitment to excellence culminated in 2021 with the prestigious global recognition as a Category II Centre under the auspices of UNESCO for Engineering Education, through an agreement between UNESCO, Government of Ghana, and KNUST.
